Can lenders really count profit I leave in the company?
Yes — a good number of lenders will use your share of the company's net profit (plus your salary) instead of just salary and dividends. For most directors, that roughly doubles the income a lender can work with.
I only have two years of accounts. Is that enough?
Usually, yes — many lenders are happy with two years, and some will consider one. What matters is choosing the right lender for your situation, which is exactly what we do.
A bank already turned me down. Is it worth calling?
Usually, yes. Every lender has different rules, and a decline is often about how the case was presented, not your situation. Placing the right case with the right lender is exactly what we do.
What does it cost?
Your first consultation is free, with no obligation. If you decide to go ahead, we explain exactly what we charge — in writing, before you commit to anything.
Do I need to come into the office?
No. Most of our work happens by phone, video and email, around your working day. If you'd rather meet, we're at 77 New Cavendish Street in London, W1.
